Meet the panelists

Bob Rennie is the founder and executive director of rennie group. The rennie brand has redefined the business of real estate, offering specialized sales, marketing, intelligence, and information & technology services for over 46 years.

Joy MacPhail one of BC’s most notable public figures.
In 1991 she was elected to the BC Legislature and over the next ten years lit up the place.
Her roles included but were not limited to Deputy Premier, Minister of Finance, Minister of Health, Minister of Education, Government House Leader, and Leader of the Opposition.
She also served as the Chair of The Expert Panel on the Future of Housing Supply and Affordability.

David Eby is the Minister Responsible for Housing and he is also the Attorney General in BC. He is on record pointing much of the blame on City and Municipal Councils for grinding the development of new housing to a slow crawl.

President and Chief Executive Officer of Nch'Kay Development Corp. which is focused on generating wealth and creating prosperity for the Squamish Nation. Nch'Kay’s existing suite of businesses include natural resources, energy, retail and real estate. The Squamish Nation is one of three nations that own or co-own six prime properties throughout Metro Vancouver. These properties total more than 160 acres of developable land and are currently valued at over $1 billion.
